Meet Your Allies: Allan Aguas

Many of our Patient Safety Observers have aspirations of growing within our company as well as in the healthcare field, one of those individuals is Allan who has already show what as asset he is to our team by winning Employee of the Month in November 2022. Read below to find out more about him.

What do you like most about the job?

I love how rewarding this job is and when I leave for the day I know I have kept my patients safe.

What did you do before you became a PSO and what do you hope to do in the future?

Before coming to VirtuAlly, I was a rehabilitation technician. I want to continue in the healthcare field and become a physical therapist.

What is your most rewarding memory from the job?

When I have successful redirections with my patients who are impulsive and difficult to predict. I find that these challenging patients help to fine tune my awareness with all of my patients.

What do you like to do for fun?

I enjoy cooking for my wife.

What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?

Salted Caramel
