How many years have you been a VirtuAlly PSO? 

2.5 years.

What do you like most about the job?

The interaction with different medical professionals as a part of each patient’s individual care plan.

What did you do before and what do you hope to do in the future?

Worked as a Therapeutic Assistant in a youth inpatient psychiatric unit. I recently finished my Masters in Clinical Psychology and am working on establishing my own private practice.

What is your most rewarding memory from the job? 

A life-threatening self-harm situation where we were able to intervene with a psychiatric patient attempting suicide.

What do you like to do for fun?

Karaoke! And I have worked for a non-profit that does charity events where we are dressed in 1950’s pinup girl costumes.

What is your favorite flavor of ice cream? 

Coffee.
