This stage includes:

    • Clinical assessment of demographics, current communication tools, protocols, trends, and workflows

    • Technical assessment of the facility

      • Wireless network

      • Lighting & electrical layout

      • Connect with local IT resources

  • Deployment Recommendations

  • ROI Assumptions

2. Onboarding & Training

During this stage, our team works with clients to develop workflows, install and test technology, and train staff so that the CVM deployment is as smooth and successful as possible.

This stage includes:

  • Collaborative Workflow Development

  • Technology Installation and Testing

  • On-site Training

3. Ongoing Support & Optimization

Once the CVM program is up and running, VirtuAlly provides ongoing support and reporting so that customers can adjust and optimize to get the most out of their telesitting solutions.
